#ProjectCanvas is Open to Submissions!

Monday, September 04, 2017

I probably look like I haven't achieved much over the summer, but I did do things other than reading my little heart away.

IT'S ANNOUNCEMENT TIME
If you stalk me on Twitter (@HannahSophiaLin), you probably know this: I'm part of Project Canvas, a book of writing advice and motivation from teens and young adults all over the world set to be published early next year.

But we're going beyond the book, and if you're a writer with advice or inspiration for aspiring writers, we want to hear from you.

Interested? Be sure to check out the SUBMISSION GUIDELINES, and we hope to hear from you!

5 Favorite Blog Posts from Bookwyrming Thoughts (2016)

Wednesday, April 19, 2017

I find myself more active on Bookwyrming Thoughts than this one, and it probably goes without saying that I find talking about books a lot more interesting than picking and choosing my favorite posts from the small amount of what I've written in 2016.

Although to be honest, 2016 was a crazy year for me, so I guess I decided to slack off a little on the blogging spectrum.

And I should really create a new banner for posts here (also maybe I should actually learn how to draw a proper dragon, but here's the original owlwork on DeviantArt I used on my header).

Here's a peek at some of my personal favorite blog posts over at BWT throughout 2016:

Mythical Creature (The Flying Sharktapus)

Monday, December 05, 2016

Date: Fall 2016
Class: Intro to Digital Media

The mythical creature - I call it the Flying Sharktapus (I have a thing for putting different words together) - was created from a variety of photographs of animals with no human elements being used through Photoshop. Two versions were created.
